We believe in treating our customer honestly and fairly. Everything we provide is guaranteed, either by us directly or in the case of appliances by the manufacturers. The units and doors come with an automatic 5 years warranty, but this can be extended to ten years if required. If there is a problem of any kind, then we are committed to sorting it out quickly and to the customer’s satisfaction. We believe that our excellent reputation depends as much upon providing effective aftercare as it does ensuring the finished furniture exceeds the customer’s expectation and they are totally satisfied.

• Our Staff

We have always paid our staff well above industry average and the working day is interspersed with many breaks and the staff benefit from a profit-share scheme, allowing them to benefit directly from their hard work and commitment. As a result, our staff are happy in their working day and have all worked for us for many years.

• The Environment

We are committed to helping the environment wherever possible. We buy only from reputable sources, from companies that have environmental concerns as a priority. Much of the waste we produce is recycled and when this is not possible, disposed of sensitively. As we are a local company serving local customers (Devon and Cornwall) our carbon footprint is relatively low and this is helped because wherever possible we use local suppliers for our needs.
