About Our CompanyEstablished in 1991, Custom Made Interiors is a family run business that still believes in the old fashioned values of quality and service. Each customer is personally visited by Paul, the Company Director who uses his expertise to design their perfect kitchen, bedroom or study. Tracey, his wife is responsible for the accounts and paperwork side of things. The company also employs fully experienced bench joiners who make each individual unit to fit the requirements of each room and fitters who are fully experienced and always leave the customer delighted with the finished room.
Countdown to your Ideal Kitchen, Bedroom or Study
1. An appointment is made for Paul to visit your home where he will design your room and give you an immediate quotation, with no obligation whatsoever. 2. If you are happy with the price the next step is to pick your doors, worktops, appliances, sink/taps, handles and anything else you may fancy. Paul will of course help you during this process, providing photographs of past combinations and showing samples of doors available. 3. At this stage Paul will also take a small deposit and give you a confirmed fitting date. There is no pressure selling and we will never ask you to fill in a contract nor ask for full payment before the job is complete. 4. Once the happy day arrives our fitters, plus plumber and electrician if needed will arrive bright and early, around 8.30am and begin work. The average bedroom and study takes us one day to complete; the average kitchen two days or three if tiling is also required. 5. Once the job is complete and the customer is completely satisfied the balance is paid. Aftersales Our aftersales service is second to none. All our units are guaranteed for five years and if, as is unusual, there are any problems during that period they will be rectified very quickly. Our telephones are constantly manned during office hours and a mobile number is attached to the answerphone message enabling contact out of hours. We believe that the measure of a company is how it treats past customers and to this effect we try extremely hard to ensure any problem, no matter how small, is sorted out quickly and satisfactorily. Final Word We truly believe that our company is the best one for fitted furniture, certainly in the South West and probably much further afield than this. Over the years we have been in business we have built up a reputation for honesty and reliability and we fully intend to continue in the same way well into the future. Much of our business nowadays is from recommendation, with many customers telling us that they would go nowhere else for their fitted furniture. For such quality and service you may think our prices will be high, yet this is not the case. Instead we are extremely competitive and often charge less than inferior companies, with their less than honest approach.
